Kelly Donohue is an attorney
with the Audio Division of the Media Bureau, where
she works on a range broadcast audio matters.
Recently, she has been involved in rulemakings
relating to FM translators and LPFM stations.
Kelly previously served as an interim legal advisor
to Chief of the Media Bureau. Before joining the
Commission, she worked at major law firms in
Washington, D.C. and New York City. Kelly holds a
law degree from Duke Law School, an undergraduate
degree from Tufts University, and a Masters in Music
from New England Conservatory of Music. Prior to law
school, Kelly worked as a musician in the Boston
area. Kelly lives in Rockville, Maryland, with her
husband, Jon, her two children, Jack and Nora, and
their dog, Balboa..
